Message from the Program Director of Internal Medicine

Griffin is a progressive, community hospital, deeply committed to our staff, patients and surrounding communities. We are a primary site for major research and medical education programs including the Valley Women's Health Access Program, the CDC funded Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, and a HRSA sponsored “Podogeriatrics” training initiative. Griffin has a vigorous and energetic department of preventive medicine and a fully accredited preventive medicine residency program. These programs allow us to provide our trainees with valuable skills and unique training experiences in clinical medicine, population based-medicine, community health and research.
